Our Legacy
Established in 1992, our company began its journey by importing high-quality cheese and milk products from regional providers. In 1998, we shifted our focus primarily to dairy products, setting the stage for significant expansion post-2003. We proudly brought new varieties of cheeses from around the world to Iraqi tables, fueled by our passion for delivering the best to bakeries, restaurants, and families across the nation. With a monthly turnover of 100 metric tons of dairy products sourced from Turkey UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Italy, we operate three chilled-warehouses in Baghdad and one in Erbil, serving over 1,000 businesses, including bakeries and supermarket chains, as we continue to grow our company profile.

Cold storage
We are committed to internationally recognised food safety and quality systems aligned with ISO 22000:2018, supported by prerequisite programs in ISO TS 22002 1:2009 and traceability in ISO 22005:2007. ISO+2ISO+2
Our dairy and cheese are stored and transported under controlled cold chain practices consistent with ISO 31512:2024, with regular audits guided by ISO 19011:2018 and independent verification including testing by ISO IEC 17025:2017 competent laboratories.
On-road cold chain
We operate a flexible chilled logistics network combining our own refrigerated vehicles with trusted contracted carriers to support long range deliveries. Temperature control is maintained from dispatch to delivery with continuous monitoring, documented checks, and clear corrective actions when excursions occur. Our transport partners are selected through qualification and periodic review, and deliveries are scheduled to protect product integrity during loading, transit, and handover. This approach supports reliable cold chain performance for dairy and cheese distribution in line with ISO cold chain logistics practices.
